What is an affiliate post? I thought you could place affiliate links into an informational post? Does this means posts purely about the product?

I’d say keeping them about even as you get started is a good range to aim for! Keep in mind too, that sometimes great informative content can also include affiliate recommendations very naturally & tastefully 🙂

Absolutely agree! I talk a lot about that across my blog… the more different projects you’re doing at the same time, the more you dilute your efforts (in the early days when focus is most important) 🙂

I love creating blogs and writing in general, I have made quite a few in my time.
One thing I would add, or maybe I missed it in your post is that sticking to just one project at a time is super crucial.
After all what I used to do is build multiple websites at the same time, and split up my time and resources over many projects. In doing so ending up with many websites that brought it some money.
