Blogging isn’t only about purchasing a domain from a renowned blog-hosting site, dumping your mind for creating content, and extracting cash from this work. For a second, you could do that. There’s no harm. But if you wish to become a successful blogger and be an influential content creator in the market for a prolonged period, there are some skills that you should learn and improve.

You’re welcome, Kerim! To answer your question in the best possible manner… test it out with your audience! Different types of readers and different content subject matters will warrant higher or lower likelihood of a reader clicking on an internal link to go & read more information on a related topic. Ultimately though, you’re right that keeping your first several paragraphs of a post either (1) free of links or (2) only lightly linking to very important pages/posts on your site is the best practice I recommend. great article. Again I´ve learned a lot here! I really appreciate giving so much valuable information away for free. Thanks for that.

Still there is one question sticking in my mind. When bloggers use a backlink at the beginning of their articles that directs to other great content that they have to offer, couldn´t it be confusing for the reader?

The reader arrives at the blog article with an intent, but when he´s offered something new right from the beginning, it might be confusing for him.

The reader is not sure if to stay or read the offered article in the backlink.
Do you think that the information offering more content and the SEO aspect has a bigger impact than the possibility of confusing a reader at the beginning?

Is it that important to offer more right from the beginning. That is something I would really like to know and learn more about because I am not sure about this and I am pretty sure you have made up your mind about this and doing this with a purpose. This information would really improve my knowledge.

Thanks for your thoughts on this.
